Happy two-thousand and ZEN!
'Tis the year to make peace with all those pesky things that you've been schlepping around for the past three hundred and sixty five days.

Perhaps today, now, in this moment (!) it's time to think about what extra baggage of yours that can be cast away.

How exciting! To have an opportunity to morph into a more sophisticated version of YOU!

So, to inspire and help those cursed with brain farts right now here's my list of things I'm finally ready to discard!

This year I solmenly swear to yank yo-yo dieting, wipe away weight watchers, bury binge dieting and lessen body loathing! It's a year to loooove thyself (no matter what size I end up being in 2011).

*I promise to go out and be adventurous!
